A surcharge of 3% will be added to cover the cost of processing payments made by credit cards
The registration fee covers the full conferences on Friday 16 October and Saturday 17 October, lunch and refreshments, and access to all available documentation (after the event). Registered delegates will also have access to the exhibition on both days, free of charge with their delegate badge. The exhibit and sponsorship fee covers are detailed in contract.
Conference fees will be refunded, less a 20% administration charge, after the event, if cancellations are received in writing by 10 October 2015.
Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. You may send a substitute but please let us know the name of that person.
